| Return Policy |
| Classic Duvets selects only manufacturers of top quality merchandise. However, we understand that occasionally an item or items may need to be returned. |
- Please do not return any merchandise without first contacting Classic Duvets.
- A return goods authorization (RGA) can be obtained by contacting Customer Service.
- Return requests must be made within 10 days of receipt of your order. We will provide a RGA number and complete return shipping instructions at that time.
- The RGA must be placed on the package for the merchandise to be accepted.
- Shipping charges, including those paid by Classic Duvets on your behalf, are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Return all items using carriers that track shipments (UPS, FedEx, etc.). Classic Duvets is not responsible for return items lost in shipment.
- We will refund original shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
- Credit will only be issued after the return package has been received and thoroughly inspected. Please allow up to 48 hours for credit to be issued. Email confirmation will be sent upon issuance.
- Returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging.
- Classic Duvets reserves the right to assess a 10% restocking fee and/or refuse any returned goods not in immediate resale condition. Refused goods will be returned to customer at the customer's expense.

| Closeouts: All closeout item sales are final. Closeout items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Cancellation of closeout items must be within 48 hours of ordering (see Order Cancellation). |
| Cut-to-Order Fabric: We do not accept returns on cut-to-order fabric. Cancellation of fabric must be within 48 hours of ordering (see Order Cancellation). |
| Custom Orders: We do not accept returns on custom made items. Cancellation on custom orders must be within 48 hours of ordering (see Order Cancellation). |
| Order Cancellation |
| If you wish to cancel your order, you must first contact Customer Service allowing opportunity to cease production of your merchandise. Orders can not be cancelled after shipment (see Return Policy). Orders cancelled after 48 hours from time of purchase may be subject to restocking fees set forth by the supplier. |
Shipping Damages |
| Damage that occurs during shipping is the responsibility of the shipping company (UPS, FedEx, etc.). Please inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery. Contact Classic Duvets immediately if your product is damaged in shipping. Retain all packing materials, as the shipping carrier will inspect damage. Notify the driver or local agent immediately. The carrier will issue a receipt and pick up damaged merchandise. Damaged merchandise should be returned to the manufacturer. However, please contact Classic Duvets with the claim number so that we may send replacements. |
Shipping Errors |
| If your order arrives and the contents are inconsistent with your purchase, contact Classic Duvets immediately. We will provide a manufacturer return authorization number (RGA) and complete return instructions. Incorrectly shipped products may be returned for exchange only. |
